A Wonderful Vacation...

Last weekend (November 6-8), Jeff was able to take a few vacation days and we went up to the lake as a family for the 5th (my birthday, too).  It was such a wonderful time together as a family.  The Lord really used the time to rejuvinate us both!  On the 6th we headed into Lynchburg for my cousin, Brad's, wedding.  It was suuuch a fun time to see all of the extended family!  Here are some pictures from the weekend.

Pope Punk'n Head I

so the weather outside is a cool 55 and the leaves are changing colors and slowly dropping to the ground...fall is officially here!!!! i am not a big halloween fan - as the movie x-men gave me nightmares...you can only imagine how i react to all of the creepy halloween decorations and costumes - but i digress, enough about me! here are some pictures of our sweet little angel!

2 months old!

yep....it's true...Samuel Bayne is already 2 months old!  We love our handsome little man sooooo much!!

Samuel is smiling a lot now...but we are having trouble getting pictures of it...these are the best so far!
